Welcome to Merrimack College!
As a new faculty or staff member, here are the essential technology resources to help you get started and thrive in your role.
1. Account Access and Setup
To begin using Merrimack's secure systems, visit myMack and follow our campus links to complete your setup. You’ll complete password setup and enroll in our self-service password management system. Use a strong, secure password and never share it.
Note: The MackApps site will no longer be available as of June 30, 2025. All resources have been moved to myMack.
2. Email and Google Drive

Access your college email through myMack. Sign in with your Merrimack email and newly created password.

Save and access your files from anywhere using Google Drive. Log in with your Merrimack credentials and use the “New” or “File upload” buttons to manage documents
3. Getting Tech Help
For IT support:
Include your location, device model, and error details (with screenshots if possible) for faster service.
4. Classroom Tech Training
Need help with classroom technology? Contact the Help Desk to schedule personalized training.
5. Emergency Alerts
Enroll in the RAVE Alert System at getrave.com/login/merrimack to receive emergency and school closing notifications via text.
6. Facilities Requests
Report maintenance or custodial needs via merrimack.edu/maintenance or use the mobile-friendly nf2go.com.
7. Parking
Register for on-campus parking through MyMack under QuickLinks. Pick up your parking placard at the Bursar’s Office (Austin Hall, Room 12) after one business day.

8. Employee ID
Your Merrimack ID card can be picked up at the Warrior One Stop office, located on the first floor of Austin Hall.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Bring: A valid photo ID.
