Welcome, Warrior! – Your First 3 Tech Steps at Merrimack

We’re thrilled you’ve joined the Merrimack community! Your journey begins with just three simple steps:

 

1. Set Up Your Merrimack Accounts
To access Merrimack systems, you’ll need to complete your account setup.

  • Use a computer or tablet (not a mobile phone) to follow these steps.

  • Visit myMack and click on “Welcome Warrior! Click Here To Set Up Your Account.”

  • Follow the New User Setup instructions carefully.

  • You’ll be prompted to download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device to complete multi-factor authentication.

  • Once setup is complete, choose “Password” and change your password immediately for security.

Note: If you're logged into another Gmail account, log out before starting.

 

2. Complete Your MackTasks Checklist
MackTasks is your personalized Merrimack to-do list. You’ll see tasks added over time to guide you through everything you need before your first semester.

  • Log into the Merrimack Admission Portal with your new Merrimack email and password to get started.

 

3. Start Checking Your Merrimack Email
Merrimack will send important updates to your college email.

  • Visit mail.google.com

  • Log in using your Merrimack email and new password.

Pro Tip: Start checking it regularly so you don’t miss any communications.
